Great restaurant with great food...wheelchair accessible because it’s on the first floor. Enough parking is available. We have tried pizza, fries & wings... all are delicious. Restrooms are clean. Both dine in & take out options are there.
Our first visit to Nikolas Pizza was fantastic! As soon as we walked in, our waitress Sarah M welcomed us warmly and made us feel right at home. She was incredibly accommodating and attentive to our needs. We ordered a cheese pizza, and it was absolutely amazing from the first bite to the last. The crust was perfect – crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. If we were locals, Nikolas Pizza would definitely be our go-to spot for delicious pizza. Highly recommended!
Food was excellent, it was served super hot and tasty. Best place for Pizza at RI downtown. Server was very friendly, though it was busy- young lady served with patience and she was very friendly and cool- I give 5 stars for her. I forgot to ask her name.

During our visit to Newport from Switzerland to enjoy the summer activities and music festival, we had the pleasure of discovering Nikolas Pizza, a gem in the heart of Newport. This delightful restaurant quickly became our go-to spot for both dinner and weekend lunches. What really stands out for us, especially compared to our experiences in Switzerland, is the exceptional service and the wonderful staff. The food consistently arrived on time, and the attentive waiters struck the perfect balance between attentiveness and giving us space to enjoy our meal. Speaking of the food, it's simply fantastic! As fans of Mediterranean and Italian cuisine, we were thrilled with the restaurant's diverse and mouthwatering selection. We even took some pictures of the incredibly delicious dishes to remember the experience. On one of our visits, we were warmly greeted by a friendly hostess who, surprisingly, spoke perfect Swiss German; apparently, she had lived in Switzerland and had mastered our unique language. Her helpfulness made us feel right at home and added a special touch to our dining experience. In addition to the restaurant's inviting ambiance and excellent service, we were pleased to find convenient parking, making our visits even more enjoyable. We also couldn't resist trying their pizza delivery service and were not disappointed. The pizzas arrived promptly, straight from the oven, and were deliciously warm and fresh. Overall, we wholeheartedly recommend Nikolas Pizza to anyone seeking a restaurant with great, reasonably priced food, a friendly atmosphere, top-notch service, and even the convenience of pizza delivery. Fell in love with this restaurant! While visiting Newport, looking for a good restaurant for dinner, we came across this pizzeria with great reviews! Nikolas is amazing. The wait staff was friendly and the service here is extraordinary. We Ordered an appetizer and 2 pizzas. Appetizers: Lil Nikkis Pizzas: Veggie With extra toppings of Garlic and Hot Peppers Chicken Pesto with extra topping of Garlic Shrimp The food was great, pizzas were baked to perfection, and the appetizer was delicious! Overall, a fantastic dining experience! If you are in the area, I definitely recommend Nikolas!
We always get pizza when we choose to have Nikolas for dinner , they have really good pizzas ,tonight We got the Italiano Special(Saturday special) 19.95 lg house salad, full order of lasagna and stuffed Shells with zeppoles with caramel and/or chocolate . Enough for everyone to have a little bit of everything (split with the kids) & more than enough for just two people I also got a lg chicken parm, sandwich it’s the best chicken parm you can get around here! I love their zeppoles they were really good. I think the Saturday special was def. A deal!
The wings, BBQ chicken pizza, the meatball & the chicken parmigiana appetizers were awesome! Best Modelo on tap in town. The Sangria pitcher was great. Bartenders made us feel like regulars!
